If your athlete is on two teams (a "crossover" or "double teamer"), they are not required to purchase two packages.
Individual and buddy photos may be added from both of their teams' galleries. Team photos from each of their teams will be included with your package at no extra cost. Please note, a package cannot to be shared between multiple athletes on the same or different teams. We pride ourselves in 5-star customer service, and while we don't offer phone support, we do have a team dedicated to serving you via e-mail.
All athletes are invited to participate, even if they do not plan to purchase photos. A complimentary team photo is included with every pre-order package at no additional cost.
If you choose not to purchase a pre-order package, team photos will be available à la carte after photo day for $49. Yes, buddy poses are interchangeable with individual poses.
i.e. - If you purchase our 5-image collection, you can get all 5 as individual photos, 3 individual photos and 2 buddy photos, or any combination of 5 poses from your gallery. We offer discounted pre-order packages, but purchasing one is not required to participate.
After photo day, individual à la carte images will be available for purchase, even if you didn’t buy a package beforehand. Please note, packages are only available for pre-order and cannot be purchased after photo day. If you're having trouble locating your athlete in the gallery, please double-check the following:
We will guide each athlete through the same collection of flattering poses. If you or your athlete has a special pose they want to add, that's great! Just mention it to the photographer and we'll gladly add it for you.
We do offer sibling/buddy poses to give them the opportunity to take photos together, but each athlete will need their own package- they may not share a package.
Codes work for a one-time use. Once it has been applied to an order, the coupon is no longer active. (It does not behave like a gift card that would retain a balance).
If you accidentally used your coupon code for only part of your order, please get in touch so we can provide you with a new code. Did you get the error "This is not a valid coupon" when completing your order at checkout? Please make sure you are copying the code exactly, with all letters as capitals.
Also please confirm that you do not have any accidental spaces at the front of end of your code. These are perfect for sharing online, and also great for printing as many copies/sizes as you'd like.
We do offer photo buttons, keychains, statuettes, magnets, and other physical products to celebrate the season. We strive to get your photos out as quickly as possible.
Individual and Buddy Photos: Expect an email from us no more than 4 weeks from photo day, often much sooner. Team Images: Team images are tailored to your gym, and will be delivered in a separate email upon design completion. (Usually 2-6 weeks after photo delivery) Accessory orders, such as keychains and luggage tags, are shipped out after your order has been processed. We offer products from multiple vendors, so some items may ship/arrive separately. Did you get the error "The coupon does not provide any additional discounts" when completing your order at checkout? Please make sure you are adding your posts as DIGITALS to your cart, which are included with your prepaid package. If you're only adding prints or other products, the coupon will not provide your discount towards those items.
After choosing your images and completing your order, the online gallery will automatically keep your download link live for 30 days. After this, the link will no longer work.
If your order has expired, please contact us and we'll gladly help. 1. Please confirm that your team's images have been published and sent out (this can sometimes take up to a month.)
2. Please confirm that our email is not in your Spam folder. It will come from "[email protected]". 3. Please get in touch and we'll gladly help. Keep an eye out for an email from us within 3-4 weeks after photo day. This email will include your order summary and detailed instructions for selecting your favorite images to complete your order. If your photo day has not happened yet and you'd like to upgrade your package, please get in touch.
