Frequently Asked Questions

Once your athlete's images are ready, you'll receive an email directly from us with a link to their gallery and instructions for choosing and downloading your images. If you didn't receive that email or need help accessing your gallery, reach out to us at info@mysportraits.com and we'll get you sorted.
No — but pre-ordering is the best value. We offer discounted packages for families who order before photo day. After photo day, individual images are always available à la carte. Packages are only available for pre-order and cannot be purchased after photo day.
Package upgrades are not available after photo day. If photo day hasn't happened yet and you'd like to upgrade, contact us at info@mysportraits.com. After photo day, additional images and products can still be purchased à la carte.
Yes — every image is professionally retouched at no cost. This includes blemish softening, shine reduction, softening stray hairs, and gently brightening eyes and teeth.
All images are delivered as high-resolution digital downloads. We also offer a range of physical products including blankets, phone cases, magnets, luggage tags, and more. Available products will be shown in your gallery.
We guide each athlete through the same collection of flattering poses. If your athlete has a special pose they'd like to add, just mention it to the photographer on photo day and we'll gladly include it.
Yes — buddy poses are interchangeable with individual poses. For example, with a 5-image package you can use any combination of individual and buddy poses from your gallery.
Each athlete needs their own package — packages may not be shared between siblings. We do offer sibling/buddy poses so they can take photos together, but each athlete's images are delivered separately.
Individual and buddy photos are delivered within 4 weeks of photo day, often sooner. Team images are custom-designed and delivered separately, usually 2–6 weeks after individual photo delivery. Physical products ship after processing and may arrive separately.
Try copying and pasting the code directly — codes are case-sensitive. If it still doesn't work, email us at info@mysportraits.com with your athlete's name and we'll look it up and get you access.
Yes, in most cases we can reopen access. Email info@mysportraits.com with your order information and we'll work to restore your download.
